Hi There!
I am so excited to be coming for holiday photos at Primrose School of Meadowbook!
You will need to sign up for your child to be photographed—this page will give you more info on how to do that!
Important:
There are TWO signups. The first one below is to have your child photographed individually. If you want your child photographed at school when their class comes, you will need to sign up on that one.
THEN, if you are ALSO wanting sibling photos made of your children together, you need to ALSO complete the sibling signup below. (So if you are having sibling photos made, you will complete TWO signups.)
NOTE: If you sign up for sibling photos, everything (individual & sibling photos) will be taken at the same time. You only need to have your children dressed for photos ONE morning.

What should my child wear?
These images use a “snowy trail” backdrop (shown in the images above).
White, red, green, and blue all look great with this backdrop!
For girls, small bows, headbands or barretts at the side of the head photograph better than large bows on top of the head.
Small details at the sleeves, neck, and collar photograph well for these sessions. You can also think about a top that makes your child's eye color pop! Consider allowing your child to select a favorite outfit within these parameters to capture even more of their personality!
When will my child be photographed?
Photos are scheduled for the following mornings:
Tuesday, November 10 (infants-2’s)
Wednesday, November 11 (3’s-5’s)
i have more than one child at the school. can they be photographed together?
Yes! Siblings will be photographed by sign-up only. Please sign up at the bottom of this page!
The $20 session fee includes the session only. Digital images and prints may be purchased after receiving your gallery.
**Please note: Babies must be sitting up independently to participate in a group sibling photo.
Only siblings who have signed up in advance will be photographed together.
Do i need to sign up for my child to be photographed individually?
Yes! All children must be signed up to be photographed.
Please use the form above to sign up for photos. There is no fee for signups for children who attend the preschool, so you can just be prepared to purchase once you receive your proofing gallery!
i have a child who does not attend PSM I’d also like photographed. can i bring him or her for photos as well?
If all the children being photographed attend PSM, select a time AFTER 8:00am on the morning the YOUNGEST child’s class is scheduled for photos. You will bring your child to school like normal and do NOT need to be present for the photos. We will pull the siblings from their class for photos when it is time.
If all the children being photographed do NOT attend PSM, select a time BEFORE 8:00am on either. morning. You will bring your children to the school at that particular time to be photographed together.
If you have a child who does not attend PSM that you would like photographed individually along with the sibling photos, be sure to click the non-PSM child add-on in the form below.

How do the sibling photos work?
Select a time slot on the morning of the YOUNGEST child’s class photo day, and your children will be pulled for photos. You do not need to be present.
If you ONLY want group sibling photos (not individual photos of each child), you only need to sign up on the sibling form below. If you ALSO want individual photos of each child, you will need to also complete the registration above.
All individual and sibling photos will be taken on the same day—you only need to have the kids dressed once.

When can I expect to see our photos?
Your child's proofs will arrive to your email via a private online gallery within 3 weeks of photo day. You will have 2-5 images in both color and black and white to select from.
How does ordering work?
After you receive your online gallery, you will have 7 days to place your order if you’d like to receive the lowest pricing as well as free shipping. Everything is viewed, ordered, and paid online, so there are no paper order forms to keep up with.
You will have the option to purchase prints and digital images with printing rights.
Grandparents and other relatives may also place orders through the digital gallery!

As a small business, I’m able to offer picture day to your school at no cost because I’m compensated through family orders. I work hard to create images families will love! And while there is never an obligation for families to order, I am always grateful when families choose to purchase these memories!
So thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to continue offering this service to your school by not screenshotting your images. While it may seem harmless, it comes at a big price to small businesses like mine. Thanks for being awesome!
